I’m Laura Hollywood, a Strongwoman athlete with an unyielding drive and a record that speaks for itself—5 out of 6 podium finishes in international championships, including a hard-earned 2nd place at both Worlds and Englands. My journey started in the world of endurance and running, but it didn’t take long for me to harness that speed and transform it into the raw, powerful strength that defines my career today.
 

As an athlete who knows what it takes to push limits, I’m not just competing—I’m leading. My passion for the sport goes beyond the podium. I’ve built a successful coaching business and fostered a tight-knit gym community, where I empower others to discover their own strength.
